The 6th grade here has a tradition of going on an overnight field trip at the end of the school year. Since we don't even do sleepovers, I arranged to be one of the parent chaperones on the trip. We went to Birch Creek Center, which is run by the University of Montana Western, outside Dillon. It was a neat experience.
