Garrett Gang: Gingerbread Trauma 1/11/09

It was a Sunday night, cousins were here, & we had an unopened gingerbread house kit!

A few of the bigger kids were playing with Lauryn & gave her "nursemaid's elbow". (NOT the first time our family has seen that ailment!) Evan tried to get it back in but it wasn't working so we called our friend who is an E.R. doc, & they headed up to the hospital.

The funny thing is - it slipped back into place in the car on the way to the hospital. They texted me a video of her, happy as can be, using that elbow in the car!! They decided to take her up anyway & spent the next 1/2 hour hanging out with our E.R. friend since it was a slow night!

It's always an adventure!!!
