Austin had to give a speech about a U.S. President of his choice for school. He chose President Reagan: (His speech is inside the flag.).JPG)
He used it for his Citizenship Badge for Webelos, so he had to present it to his Cub Scout Den, also. At the end of both presentations he told about President Reagan's love for Jelly Bellies, then passed-out red, white, & blue ones to everyone.
