Homemade Oreos are one of our family favorites, and the easiest thing to make. So just in case you have missed this gem, here's the recipe:
1 box chocolate cake mix (we prefer chocolate fudge)
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix will be very thick. Drop by spoonful onto cookie sheet. (I use my Pampered Chef small scoop.) Bake 8-11 minutes. When cool, frost with vanilla frosting.

I love those cookies!!! They are also fun to make.
I will be right over...oh wait....I live 5000 miles away. I can just smell them though.
Those are my kids favorite also. I just never make them cause i try to eat them all. Love ya,susan
