I drive a Jeep Commander. Reid drives a Dodge Durango. Both SUVs won't fit into our 2 car garage. Reid insists I park in there. So I go out every morning to start his Durango for him...
But not any more!!! Reid had remote start installed this week and it is so cool! We went out to dinner on Date Night last night. When we were almost finished eating he pushed the button twice (lower right on picture), and the car was locked, running, and warm when we got outside. It runs for 15 minutes, then automatically shuts off. It also shuts off if anyone breaks-in. Very cool!

My friend had one of those installed in her durango. I was always so jealous when we would get off work and her car was warm and I am still scraping my windows. Enjoy it!!!
We need 3 of those in Alaska! Everyone but us has one. It is funny to go out in the parking lots and see the lovely exhaust coming from every car and no one is inside of them. I was hoping some of that exhaust would give us some global warming....so far it hasn't worked.
I don't even live where there is snow.....and I want one!!
