Yes, that's a picture of a pimple on Austin's elbow. The smile is deceiving. If only you could've been here to see the emotional meltdown he was having over it!! It is apparently quite painful, yet...he will survive this trauma, too! Luckily all of his road rash is on the other side of his body.
